• Dell rode Memorable Affair to win the Open Futurity with a score of 222. Owned by Bob Stinner, Memorable Affair is sired by Major Vaquero and out of Coronas Affair.

2004 Sandhills Slide
At the 2004 Sandhills Slide in Broken Bow, Nebraska:

• Dell won the Open Futurity riding BC Chexmate. This stallion is owned by Jimmy Pierce of Surf City, NC. They marked a 219 to win the event.
• Dell placed 3rd in the Open Derby on Dun It By Starlight who is by Starlights Wrangler.
• In the Non Pro Futurity, Dell's Dad, Jim, won the event riding Mega Starlight, who is by Starlights Wrangler. With only a limited number of 3 year olds as his oldest offspring this year, Wrangler's foals are already showing his ability to sire winners!
